Your Inner World Creates Your Outer World

Do you want to exude optimal health, vitality and happiness? It all starts with you. As world-renowned human potential coach Tony Robbins says, "We act consistently with and ultimately become who we believe we are".  The relationship you experience inside of yourself influences and is reflected in the relationships you experience outside of yourself.

Life Doesn't Happen To You, It Happens Through You

You are a participant in yourt life. Life doesn't happen to you, it happens through you. You are the cause. Your life is the effect. Your self relationship is an embodiment-a feeling. Your feelings casuse your energetic vibration. Your vibration "speaks" to the etheric field that surrounds you. This field reflects your reality back at you. Therefore, the feeling that you embody is the key to creating positive change in all areas of your life.

When you cultivate a state of self-love, acceptance, and kindness within, your external world shifts to align with that energy. When you improve the relationshp you have with yourself, by default, the relationship you have with others also improves. Further, your new improved relationship with self is also reflected in your relationship with food and exercise. Everything shifts and you unlock the health and the life that you deserve.

Self-Reflection-Awareness Is The Game-Changer

Give yourself permission to be human. You don’t have to be a super-mum, or a world-class athlete to be worthy of love.

Do you accept yourself as you are while working on becoming a better version of you?

Catch yourself when you fall into negative self-talk and make a conscious effort to change your words into something positive.

Imagine someone you love dearly. Now close your eyes and hear yourself speaking lovingly to them. Do you speak to yourself in this way? If not, why not?

Daily Acts Of Self-Kindness: A Simple Practice

Your physical state, your posture, breath and movement, influences your emotional state. If you’re not feeling confident, try straightening your spine. Sit taller. Stand taller. How are you sitting, standing, breathing right now?

Treat yourself kindly, both emotionally and physically. Would you want a person you love dearly to live in a stressed state of mind or a diseased body?

Celebrate you! Acknowledge your "wins" and see the awesome human that you are. Write 5 positive aspects about you every day. eg; “I’m a loving and supportive mum, wife, daughter’.

Be easy on you. Change can be challenging. We are working to change habits, to unlearn old patterns, and to de-program limiting beliefs. It doesn't happen overnight. Practice is the key.

The Power of Language and Vibration

The understanding of how our state of being - shaped by our beliefs - creates our vibration, is fundamental. The words we use and the thoughts we think, are energy. Consciously choosing positive, empowering language helps to elevate our vibration and enhance our receptivity towards health and vitality.

This principle forms the very foundation of my exercise instruction philosophy at The Phoenix Tribe. By integrating mindful, positive language and intention into physical movement, we amplify the body, mind, heart connection, fostering a transformative exercise experience.

Be willing to invest in yourself. Develop a loving relationship with you. When you do this work, you naturally align with who you are as love.

Optimal health is your birthright. You deserve a vibrant life filled with love, laughter and loads of fun.

Enjoy your practice.
