Dance Body Odyssey
Strength Success On Demand

60 minute classes include easy-to-follow dance-fitness grooves, low impact body-toning moves, cool down/stretch. Dance styles change every 6 weeks and include Latin, African, Belly Dance, Disco and 80's. If you're looking for a fun way to get fit and tone up, you'll love this.

45 minutes of functional strength exercise with dumbbells and bands (provided). Some classes include 15 minutes of bonus stretch. Build strength safely and effectively. Includes core and glute conditioning. 12 ladies per group.
